They only say : "The brilliant lamp glows red in the running mode, and increases in intensity when the brakes are applied. The available smoked or red lenses ".

If you wanted a fender light would the one from the non CVO Street Glide work.

  Not really!  You would have to get rid of the brake lights and that is what makes the SERG.  The new CVO Street Glide does not have the lights either.  There is a HD aftermarket part in chrome that is the lower light like the SG.  I have it on my 06 RG but it will not fit on the SERG.  But now the 2010 RG's have the lower light like the SG's.
