Over the past week or so on my 2010 SEUC I removed the drive components then removed the mainshaft sprocket, the bearing inner race on the mainshaft, the small oil seal behind the race, and the large oil seal surrounding the main gear. I installed a new large oil seal, small oil seal, and bearing race. I installed a new oil seal and retaining ring on the shifter pawl shaft. I removed the oil seal on the inner primary housing and pressed out the bearing and installed a new bearing by pressing it in and I installed a new inner primary oil seal. I pressed out the bearing from the clutch release plate and pressed in a new one and installed a new retaining ring to hold the push rod in place. I cleaned the clutch basket and installed a Barnett Extra Plate Clutch Kit - Carbon Fiber 307-30-20013. I used the OEM damper spring seat and damper spring. I installed a new stator because it was leaking chaincase oil out of the bore of the crankcase.
I recommend using a Lisle 58430 shaft type seal puller. It made pulling the seals behind the race and sprocket a breeze compared to the tough time I had getting the nut off the sprocket and the inner bearing race pulled. I had to heat the race til it turned blue in color before it finally broke free using the recommended 50 ft. pounds of torque so the remover tool doesn't get damaged.
