That's the way they are supposed to look. What doesn't fit right?

Rode her hard, then I rode some more.

Needed an elevation change.  :pineapple:

Had the American Elite installed on the rear (180-65B-16) with 90 degree valve stem (HD 42300046).  Rides much nicer and easier to air up! :2vrolijk_21:

Cleaned it.  Rode it.  About 1 1/2 tanks worth.  Wiped it down.  Then broke out the tools to accomplish a tough task for both bikes.  Broke a sweat.  Changing the batteries in the alarm fobs.  Beer o'clock now.

Thanks for the reminder on the fob batteries. Bought a new set a few weeks ago, got busy after I got home and never put them in.  Going to do, now ...

I try to stay ahead of those stupid things.  On my old bikes they last better than they do on the newer ones.  But I'd still rather change while they're still working than find myself out somewhere and have to hope I can remember the handlebar method.  For me fob batteries are a reminder in my calendar for July every year.  So go change yours and earn yourself a beer too  :drink: :2vrolijk_21: !

Yes!  My reminder is Memorial Day (start of summer).  So, I bought them around that time, but then promptly forgot to install.  ::)

That makes more sense.  I should just do them as part of the spring service each year when everything is readied for the year.  Oh well, the cold congratulatory beer is better in July than in early spring....

I don't have a key fob. I did change the motor guard and reinstalled the lowers and highway pegs. She is all clean ( including the battery box and battery ), tuned, fluids changed ( including fork oil ), and ready for WV trip. The trailer is waiting to be loaded and hauled to WV. Do I get to have a bourbon?

I think Tommy influenced you in the other thread where he referred to Brian as 103. But then again, as many times as he's changed his name, it's easy to get confused.  :confused5:

Just to set the record straight, I've only changed my name twice!  Tommy, on the other hand, has gone from 04hd103 to 07hd110 to 11hd110 to 16hd110 to 16hd117.  :rolleyes4: :huh2: :love_1: :vrolijk27: :end: :alcohol:
