Hi I have an o7 FXDSE how do you change the battery without the alarm going off, Last time I worked on it to put a battery tender on it. The alarm went off for 15 Minutes without the battery hooked up. I did have the key in the bike while performing work. Thanks

I can't remember the details, but I know it is in the Owners Manual. I had the same problem, but found the answer there. If you need me to, I can look at the manual later. Let me know.

P.S. That alarm pierces your ears!!! Especially if it is in your garage like mine was.
