Not totally sure, but kinda looks like a RSD(Roland Sands Design).   I have seen one like that but it was contrast chrome and black.  Very similar to the Screaming Eagle cover that matches the wheels.   Hope this helps....sorry.

Chuck,

I found no direct matches for this on J&P's, Kuryakin's, Roland Sands, or Peformance Machine sites.    You may want to check out J&P's 27 pages of air cleaners as there are a few that are "close".
