So, what do some of you more senior riders (you know who you are) do as the season approaches to get in shape?  I personally have found that as I get older it pays to stay in physical shape in order to keep riding a bike that weighs almost 900 lbs.

I still work and my plant is over 125,000 square feet so I get a lot of laps in each day going from one department to another.  I never have figured out how much I walk in a day but it is miles for sure.  Seems to have helped.

Careful shoveling snow as I know several people early sixtys had heart attacks and died just shoveling snow. Must be harder on a person than you would think

If you ride all year, then you don't have to worry about riding season.  :huepfenlol2:
