If you ride all year, then you don't have to worry about riding season.  :huepfenlol2:

AMEN BROTHER!

Plus, with riding all year round, we don't have to worry about getting out of shape (he said with his tongue firmly planted in his cheek)  :huepfenlol2: ;D ::) :apple: :orange: :zroflmao:

Careful shoveling snow as I know several people early sixtys had heart attacks and died just shoveling snow. Must be harder on a person than you would think

I'm not sure why but it seems that strenuous exercise with the arms has much more risk of heart attack than exercise with the legs.   :nervous:

Riding a motorcycle has always been more about finesse than brute force for me.  Take a look at the Ride Like a Pro DVDs and books. :2vrolijk_21:

That's why mine are glared and waxed with Royal Blue.
So I can slice and dice my way through the atmosphere with finesse.

Winter work out for seniors. At our senior age, we should use less weight and do more reps. So. Send the significant other to store for twelve pack and place in frig. Retrieve a beer from fridge and return to lounge chair. Curl can aprox. 8-12 times until empty alternating hands each time. Crush said can alternating hands each time. Repeat for twelve reps. Thus being sufficiently hydrated head to bed and get good nights sleep. Not only have you had a nice workout. But, After a long winter. Your bike will have that cool lowered look when you set on her. Mission accomplished.

If you ride all year, then you don't have to worry about riding season.  :huepfenlol2:

Go ahead, rub it in!  Getting another winter blast the coming weekend.  Usually by mid March we can start getting out.  Not sure about this year!

Sadly you don't have to be shoveling  snow to have a heart attack you could just be riding your CVO minding your own damn business. (Don't ask how I know.)  :nixweiss: Be careful everyone!  :drink:

To stay in shape I do sit-ups. I do 365 sit-ups a year. I do half of one when I go to bed and then the other half when I get up in the morning.

At 75 downsized from my Streetglide to Deluxe, use the tread mill 3 times a week. It don't do much after just sitting around with all the dam snow outside. Walking behind snow blower works better.
