Title: Baffle size
Post by: Farm boy on June 21, 2019, 08:42:11 PM
Looking at slip-ons for the power-tune duals I am putting on my 03 serk. How do the different baffle sizes affect bottom end torque ?
TIA

a smaller baffle will deliver more low-end… larger more noise # big end power … play it safe 2 inch baffle, im running 1.75 and very content with low end trq.

I assume your talking Fullsac? Would that also apply to TAB? Zombie baffles bad for low end torque, 2.5” better for low end torque?

baffle size applies to any muffler,  except stock.... and if your working with 2 into 1....  D&D, Rush, Dragos, ect.  youll want to run a 2.5 inch baffle . your results may vary but I doubt it
