My breakout recently developed a squeak when I hit a bump.I can make it happen by rolling forward and hitting the front break.If i roll back and hit the break it does not happen.there are no leaks coming from the forks it sounds internal.Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

figured it out the nut on top of the neck bearing came loose .Tightened it and no more noise
