Here is a photo of the Custom Dynamics under rear fender LED with brakes on.  It puts the H-D OEM turn signal to shame.  Called CD to purchase turn signal LEDs and they told me they are still design.

I called them too. The front turn signal dynamic rings are available now. Here's a picture. Simple plug and play installation. Light years better than the HD LEDs. Very bright running lights in white instead of Amber. They turn Amber when you activate the turn signal.

Sierramadre, did CD put you on their wait list for the rear ones?  They told me that the demand is not great because the only bike that does the turn/brake/running in the "bullet signals" was the Breakout.

They did. I sure hope they make them because they are awesome.

I believe the softail slim, street bob, wide glide and Sportster use the bullets as run, brake and turn
The problem is our CVO  breakout is LED already with the jae type plug, so demand to change that configuration is probably low
