There is a software update that come out for the amplifier on the 2023 CVO's. It is suppose to solve some issues like the Automatic Volume Controil, the music cutting out for a second and a few other things. Owners manual says you can't update it with a Mac book. I did mine yesterday using a mac book. My USB stick was formatted FAT32, a windows format. In downloaded the software directly to the stick. On the stick I extracted the file from the folder to the stick, then deleted the folder. File was only thing on the stick. Put the bike in accessory mode, let everything boot up. Then plug stick in, and it will ask if you want to update software. When done updating bike will turn off and back on and reboot.

This new software update fixed the amp cutting out for a few seconds and coming back on. The Automatic Volume control now works as it should.
Music still doesn't pause for phone calls, texts or direction prompts.
New problem added, volume turns its self up occasionally.
