Does the sppedo/tach cluster marry to the bike??

2015 CVO Street Glide---I sold the bike with the Dakota digital gauges so I have my speedo/tach cluster and the other 2 gauges sitting around. Do they marry to the bike or can I sell them so someone else can use them??

They do not "marry" to the bike. Anyone can use them.
