Should be for all of them. I don t think the pad matters unless you want the big ugly oversize one.

I currently have the Short Detachable Passenger Sissy Bar Upright P/N 52610-09 on order, hopefully it fits that.

I can't find this part number (52300238) on Harley website. (Maybe missing a dash). Are you sure it is the proper number?

Yes it is correct.  It's no one thier site because it's a CVO part #.  If you call your dealer you can order it.
