hdctss, I will be having mine installed next week at my local HD dealer, but I purchased from sporttour.com 866-761-0936 or 513-761-0936 delivered to my door for $185.90. My local Hd dealer doesn't mind installing tires you bought somewhere else. I think they quoted me $78.00 on the bike. I have a Dunlop 408 on the front, but the Dunlop rep I spoke with said it is okay use an American Elite rear with Dunlop front. I printed out his email if anybody needs it.CAHDBIKER

I have the Elite on the back of mine right now with dyna beads and a 408f on the front all is good.  Not enough miles to see if it is going to cup like the 407 did.  My previous 407 paddle tire had 12k on it.

I had them on my 2009 I just sold. Tires had 17,000 miles on them with about 2000 to go. Got them from Dennis Kirk. Don't remember the prices.

I have the Elites. Wearing good.Have over 15,000 on rear, over 10,000 on frt.  $199.00 frt installed, $249.00 rear installed...  Check out   www.jakewilson.com    When I was looking they had good prices and free shipping...
