Dunlop D407 Rear Tire Splitting
« on: August 25, 2012, 08:15:47 PM »

Just returned from a run to Sturgis and was inspecting and cleaning my bike and found a split in the root of a tread that went down to the cord. Still have 1/8" of tread left and don't know how long this has been visable. This is on an 11.5 SEUC with 13200 miles on it. Just a warning flag for those that are interested.

Mine did the same thing , but , more towards the center of the tire.  had the tire and wheel warranty and was replaced with no deductible.  no questions...
