Air shocks

My shocks leak about 9 PSI in 1000 miles. Is it possible that the shocks are leaking air internal? I have no oil leaks and the lines look OK. Dealer said if there is no sign of oil then it must be the lines. Either way it's going to be the dealers problem a I'm still under warranty....
