CONGRATS!! Your pix isn't showing up. I know one of the things you didn't like on the Limited was the rear brake pedal position. Looks like some members have found a nice solution to that. I may look into it myself.
Congratulations, Paul! Mod on!
Congrats.
I trust the two of you have many miles and smiles ahead of you!
:2vrolijk_21:
Congrats on your new baby. Let the mods begin!
Bought new in Aug '09, and my BSR will never let me get rid of her... Then again, why would I...

Well, we all say things we regret, lol.
Thought at that time that it couldn't get any better...
Very nice, Paul. That's the color I really would like to see in person....congrats on the new ride
Congrats on the new scoot. I know that feeling of not wanting to let go.
It really comes alive in person under the sun... man that color pops... I was cooking for our local chapter poker run and the sales manager parked it outside for me to look at all day, and that did the trick...
I'm still doubting the decision to let go of 2 CVO's, but every time I ride the new one, I understand my logic...

Haird I'm afraid if you see it outside in person you will be done for! ;D

Doing that initial cleaning and applying that 1st coat of Royal Blue.
Gotta get it slick.... Damn that bike looks good, and so far no paint issues found.
Very nice! Almost bought this color last fall, but trying to wait till the 16's come out.
He'll be ok I saw one way back in September in the bright fall sun. Beautiful scooter but I was able to walk away :P
Yea but that is you JSwerve. You are still head over heels in love with yours. I think if yours barfed up oil on you, you would simply pat it on the seat a few times and burp it like a baby. Haird on the other hand has this little voice telling him " don't go look at that bike!" Those Ruby Red bikes are nice though without a doubt.Lol. I'm just happy and that's a good thing. I hope you are as well these damn things aren't cheap.

Of course, those "life" things are what shape us, not define us. Praise be to God He still loves me in spite of my not listening when I should....

Being on the fence isn't a bad thing....at least you get to view both sides. Jumping off, however, is a completely different deal.... ;Dmaybe, ginger just needs a sister to keep her company!! good idea???
I'm not ready to let Ginger go yet.....just want to see the UV and now the new Carbon Crystal....just lookin from the cheap seats.... :2vrolijk_21:

I would do a lot of things if $$$ did not spoil the fun.

Lol. I'm just happy and that's a good thing. I hope you are as well these damn things aren't cheap.
Yea I'm happy (HIGH) when I am riding it! Grumpy when I am not. I managed to get 3K miles on it over the Winter. Really looking forward to the better weather and the destination rides. ;D
Now that's funny rat dare.... :huepfenlol2:Didn't want to stir up any mental anguish Haird. Two Howard's (although I see I spell my name incorrectly) riding the same bike might be too much to handle around here anyway. :P

Pics coming soon...
Alright Paul. What's the scoop on the rear passenger boards and highway pegs? Are those the adjustable floorboard mounts or fixed? Where'd the pegs come from?
Being as the SG didn't come with floorboards at all, I opted for the non'adjustable mounts so I can use the HD Swing pegs... They are the stock pegs from a regular SG in chrome...
Had adjustable on the SEUC but never adjusted, stayed in same location. These are less bulky and still do the job...
My wife swears by them and I'm still waiting to find the passenger boards for ours so I can mount the BSR Highway pegs as I call them. :2vrolijk_21:
I have a different name for them, but didn't wanna insinuate that my wife is that "type of girl"...lmao
A few new upgrades to the SESG.
After noticing that all I could see in the SG Fairing mirrors were my paws, I had to make a lil change. Bought the flat black HD plugs, removed fairing mounted mirrors and installed my HD Script mirrors on bars. Now I can see.

And we can see you, too.... :2vrolijk_21:
All great mods and in my best cajun "dat sho B 1 purdy scooder". I'm still waiting to see one of these in person AND in the sunshine. Thanks for the pics, Paul. Looking forward to seeing it at the next GTG.
Looks great Paul. What did those mirrors come off of?
Jesse
They are stock HD mirrors I had on my Ultra... I just put the Rumble Collection mirror back on the SEUC when I traded in...Hmm. They look nice. The stems would match I think and they seem low profile. If you stumble across the part numbers...

Thats a long ride Jock... Maybe one day I'll get to a West Coast GTG...
You rode your Old Roadglide home farther than Ouray!
:bananarock: :bananarock:
Brad
You rode your Old Roadglide home farther than Ouray!
:Just think riding alone is overrated (haha)...
There will be plenty of people to ride with in Ouray! I can smell the jambalaya already!
Thats a good pic. Who are those people...?
Kinda hard to bring the pot and all the fixins for a Jambalaya on a scooter...
