harley cannot give me an answer
« on: March 09, 2007, 08:22:39 AM »

I have a 2007 SEUC with a stock seat height of 28.1" and ground clearance of 6".  My 2004 SEEC was slammed from factory with 24.3" seat height and 4" ground clearance.  I am trying to get my 07 suspension to match the 04.  The dealers and harley books can only get the bike to drop 1 inch.  However I found a part # on the rear shocks of the 04 that will get the rear to drop 2" but need some help on what to use on the front to drop 2".  I use the bike for long trip to Sturgis and such so I still need it to be firm and able to handle luggage and passenger.  Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike :confused5:

Check the company progressive suspension less than $100.00 but is labor intensive. They have the shorter springs that will maintain a great ride.

Try this thread on the 06 SEUC with the same question.
