I looked at that Zipper kit :o think I'll stick to what I've done with mine.

The cam adjusters are a bad setup they were a cheap nasty way of cost cutting. Obviously HD were not being concerned on how well the wheel is aligned on fitting and a lot of room for error on the belt deflection and the centering of it running in the pulley.

It took some fiddling about but found the issue was the right cam was pushing back more then the lift cam. Made a bit of modification on the cam now it can be adjusted independently from the left that will allow me to centre the belt once the deflection is set.
