Very nice!
That 124 has to pull like a freight train.
My kind of scoot...

Thanks ElvisLee.....I love riding 'ole granny'.....got 106K miles on her now....re-manned the motor about 10K ago....still got the origonal belt and everything else.....stock EVO (wish I had more Torque/HP, though).  I really enjoy dragging it thru the mountain twisties....but wonder about giving it up for a FXR.....just hard to get rid of her.  8) har!  spyder

Yep spyder, the ole girl is still hot!  Know what ya mean about more torque/hp though. I thought about puttin the mods to mine for the same reason. Ya know we always ain't got enough; gotta have more; but, I always sit back and think what will I do with all that xtra? Hey, I 'm not a rocket racer; I just like to to cruise and if I need to keep up with the folks I occassionally ride with...I can...ain't been left behind yet and I always figure if I get left behind then hey, ridin alone as someone earlier said..."Is like medicine for the soul".

Is that like a cream/peach color scheme? Is it a HD factory color? Ya know...after I got my yellow 4 (Actually even before I bought it) I seriously thought about painting mine white. It was always my wanting since a young man to have a white Harley. Others on this site and my grand-son have convinced me (for now) that I should continue with it's CVO color but I'm pretty darn sure I'll paint it before it's all said and done...nothin fancy...just plain ole pure deep high gloss white...very simple...

Anyway, ole granny girl is still beautiful...Look at her...She's got class  :2vrolijk_21: The best to ya...

Thanks guys.....ole granny is resting out in the air-conditioned garage right now just waiting for the temps to cool down a bit so we can get out and putt around this evening (assuming it does cool some w/o a thunder boomer).  ElvisLee, don't paint over that CVO paint scheme.....take those tins off and put some more on if you've got to go 'white'.  The paint on the Nostalgia is silver and white (yes..it does appear to have a touch of cream in the white.....kinda like my ole Austin Healey's cream-white paint.  The red pin stripe really stands out.....amazingly, the paint is in great shape for over 100K road miles.  I've got to had it to the paint shop in the motor company....they do a great job.  I was lucky to get to see them painting on one of my York Factory tours.  The later tours didn't go by the painting booth.  :drink: har!  spyder
