Canceling GPS routes
« on: November 03, 2013, 03:56:03 PM »

Ok i canceled the GPS route i was doing & it still gives the prompts like i was continuing the route.  I go back into the menu & there is nothing listed in there. So it must be a bug in the new 2014 Infotainment system.

Anyone having this issue as well.

On the the map screen look to the right, you can see a small box with lines in it. A litlle larger than 1/4". Push that and another menu will come up that allows you to stop guidance. (If you already did this then I can't help, sorry)

That's the way it works on mine and I have no issues with my GPS.

 :confused5:

I was glad to see this post.  Just got my new 2014 S. Glide and have not gotten thru all the manual directions info and setup.

Took a ride a couple of days ago and was trying to use the navigation system (which I had already done a couple of times before)..........anyway,  it somehow must have thought I wanted to go to a certain location.........cause while I had the radio going also,  it kept interrupting and talking about doing U turns and route corrections............

I knew where I wanted to go,  but it seemed to think I really wanted to go somewhere else. :nixweiss:
