due to the recent interest in this, i also decided to upgrade my rear suspension.  i got with hd-dude and ordered a set of legends revos which should be here day after tomorrow.  looking forward to installing them and giving them a try

Bitubos are nice, especially with Traxxion front suspension. There wasn’t much available back In late 2008 when I got them.

Here is a comparison between fox and legends by Laidlaw if interested. I installed fox prior to this comparison and am happy. Installing fox cartridges as winter project.

so based on this thread, i went ahead and ordered a set of the legends from hd-dude in 13''.  they came in today.  beautiful shocks.  installation was a breeze, 10 minutes and i was ready to adjust them.  checked the pre set sag, and it was a little low.  decreased the preload about 4 turns and it was right on the money.  only got to do a quick 20 miles so not really a good shake down for them, but so far, i'm very happy.  i knew it was gonna be better right from the start when i pulled out of my driveway.  with the old shocks, they kinda 'clank' when i hit the transition from driveway to street, these shocks actually move when i do that.  the other thing i noticed is that the stock shocks, whenever you hit a small bump, ie. expansion joint, etc., they tend to be a sharp hit.  with the legends, sure, you know you hit a bump, but it doesn't jolt you up through your back.

thanks to hd-dude for the quick service, and great pricing.  and thanks to PayPal for 6 months interest free.  new shocks, and didn't have to wipe out the bank account.  what could be better?

Anyone try the legends revo arc yet comes with the remote resi don’t know if these are a new product but they look interesting.

I've installed a couple sets now, one on a dyna and another on a late bagger. Great shocks! They feel plusher than the Revo A and also have an added adjustment for compression dampening.
