I'm contemplating the stage III kit, any feedback on reliabilty?

I do not have the kit, but similar.

10.5 SE forged pistons
55 mm HPI throttle body, with 58mm manifold
5.3 gph injectors
Woods directional lifters
259E cam
Heads ported and polished by Dewey Designs, set for 10.8 compression
TTS Master Tune, tuned by Doc

Over 120 on both torque and HP, SAE 5 smoothing.

Runs better than stock, torque down low not lost due to head work and good tune, huge gain in HP.

Total blast to ride, its in my 13 CVO King.  Every time I get on my 12 CVO Road glide with just good head pipe and muffler and TTS tuner and tune, I wonder where all the power is.  The King is easier to ride, has more torque down low and lots more HP up high and pulls much farther up into the RPM.

6500 miles on the build so far.  Getting ready to ride it to Milwaukee.  Road it to Key West.  No pining so far if run 93 with no ethanol, or 93 and octane booster.  Almost always no ethanol.

Hi Dave, and thx for this valuble information.

It really sounds good, as I live in France, actually purchasing the gear would be pretty easy if you could give me the name of the supplier, but a little more risky to send the heads to the US, and then get the engine mapped!

Did you get all the gear from the same supplier/shop? , if so may I ask who?

All the Harley parts came from local dealer as did the woods lifters.

Pipes, baffles, TTS tuner came from Steve at Fullsac.com a sponsor on this site.

Had to send my stock Throttle body to HPI, they took the electrics off and put them on their 55mm unit and sent it back.

Heads were sent to Deweys, a sponsor on this site.

Doc, a sponsor on this site in FL is who tuned the bike
