Switchpack, right hand

Friend looking to trade his 2018 non-CVO Limited on a 2020 model soon.  We installed the CB on his 2018 and verified that it will also fit the 2020.  Now on the 2018 the right hand switchpack did not have the PTT button for the CB so he had to purchase one - 71500130C.  The H-D website states that for 2014-2018 models the 71500130C switchpack is required.  But it does not mention 2019-2020 models.  So does this mean the 2020s (and perhaps the 2019s) come from the factory with the PTT on the right hand switchpack?
