Tour Pak led spoiler issues
« on: October 13, 2012, 09:51:09 AM »

I hae the HD tour pak LED spoiler kit on my 05 SEEG, Has worked fine for a number of years, now the running light does not work but the brake light does. I'm a bit confused. If the LEDS are burned out, why would they work on the brake side and not the running light side? Anyone have any ideas on this?

Check the wiring. The blue wired is the running light. Red is brake and black is ground.

Checked the wiring and there is power all the way to the lamp , on the running light, and brake light. So the LED strip must be bad.

If it comes to replacing the lamp, LED strip can be bought and they will pre-wire it for any combination you want ie: run/turn/brake or run/turn or just run or brake or whatever and any length you desire at Radiantz and you can get it in Red housing or Clear. I have one, several years old and no problems. Also they warranty there led's for life. (radiantz.com)

I just put the LED lightbar on the back of my King Tour Pak.  It came with a Run/Turn/Brake module.  Hooked everything up and everything worked except for the right side running lights.  Thought I had a wire connection problem but everything tested fine.  The problem was a bad from the factory Run/Turn/Brake module.  Tri County Harley sent one right out and problem solved.
