Hello All,

As we come to the close of 06, soon, our bikes will be in current year fashion.  Only 6 more months to obsolescence...  

Anyway, anyone here installed the Roadtech 75 RADAR DETECTOR (I installed one already on a 07CUSE2), from Harley?   Before I drill ANOTHER 5/8" hole in the fairing, can someone tell me what the #$% that 5/8" plug is for, that Harley says, after drilling, to set it aside, it is unused.  

Should have read the directions on the next page first I guess.  But the issue is, anone wacked that puppy off the eliminate ANOTHER hole requirment?

PS, modded the leather visor to be so kewl, wrapping around the underside and up on the left side of the speaker radar too.
