Shock size? 2018 FLTRXSE

What’s the standard size shock from OEM on 18 FLTRXSE?  Thinking about upgrading  my suspension and not sure if it’s 12” or 13”

The stock shocks are the Low Profile version of the hand adjustable shocks.  In other words, the 12" version, same as the Street Glide.

Thanks for the reply.  I was wondering too.  I’m thinking about some 13” Legends.

Original equiptment shocks are 12" . I put 13" ohlin 357"s on mine . When you adjust the sag correctly the ride height was the same as the 12" original equiptment. Also put legend axeo 21"s in the front. Now the bike rides and handles the way it was suppose to from the factory . Harley should be ashamed of the low qaulity suspension parts on their bikes needless  to say on their CVO bikes.

I have 2 x the 357 and on the 15 SESG, put on the 772’s

I can’t tell a difference and saved a bunch of money with the new black line 772 which is the 13” shock.  Also don’t have to screw with mounting the cartridges

Call Carol “Smarty” 469-268-4232 cell.  Up to 10 pm central time

I agree.

I’ll be going with the 357s when I jump. Coming from several decades on sport bikes, lack of compression damping adjustment is a fundamental no-go in my book and that eliminates most other aftermarket options.

No damping adjust and preload adjust on only one shock on a 40k bike is a sad joke.
