In the RAIN, and at NIGHT (or close to it).  The guy is insane...

They would have just hauled him straight to jail here.

I guess he wasn't riding a HD.

On some parts of German Autobahn it would be allowed. But even than it would be stupid.

Ride safe and have fun (with normal speed).

My sergu would never make it to 190 , not even 140 I don't think.
