From the article, sounds like they are only doing the South "half" (from 211 South).

That makes sense, cause the North half was torn up pretty good with contstruction this whole past summer.  It oughtta be done now.

That's good for me cause I do a loop that enters at 211 and goes North to Front Royal.

Yes.  MEGA tons of them.  Every weekend.

Don't drive fast there.  Just go for the scenery.

Law enforcement is super strict there (they've had a lot of problems).
