Kendon Trailer

Anyone have a Kendon Single Haul trailer? They track well with an Ultra Limited loaded? Any thoughts would be appreciated.  Thinking of getting a used one available locally.

sixgun95, I have owned a Kendon single rail for 3 years and I use it to move my street glide and my softail deuce and it pulls excellent. We used it in May to go to the Smokey Mountains and you hardly know that it is back there.

I just serviced it out today as we are taking it to Sturgis next week. I found out that they come with Chinese wheel bearings, so I replace them with Timken bearings and I used Mobil 1 synthetic grease as the 13" tires spin pretty good.

I pull it with a v6 Colorado pickup and it pulls excellent.

I see nothing wrong with these trailers, but I prefer Aluma MC10 motorcycle trailers.

https://www.alumaklm.com/recreational/motorcycle/mc10-motorcycle-trailer.

I had a 2002, kept it 12 years, couldn't live without it, and purchased another one in 2015.

I've used it to tow my bike all over the and now use it to take my bike back and forth to AZ.
Most of my friends puschased them, because of the weight and being all aluminum.

Good luck with your choice.

Kendon are a pretty well made deal, except for the wheel bearings and the tires. Also they need some kind of tongue jack. Wheel bearings and tires need to be addressed before any long trip at highway speeds. Those little tires spin so fast and are close to max load with a full dress Harley. Unless you can find some super tires, if you are driving long days at interstate speeds try to at least stay under 70MPH. Those tires make a mess on side of bike after they tear trailer fender off when they explode.

My 2009 Kendon came with bias ply tires and no spare. I switched to Goodyear trailer radials and added a spare. The radials are a noticeable upgrade to the ride of the trailer.
