I finally saw a red Breakout in person.

I went to my local dealer yesterday and the service manager said have you seen the red Breakout yet?  I said no....he said that they got their last one in allocation and it was red.....and not purchased.  It does look nice, the lace is cool looking, but there is something about that the the polished metal I like more.  Either way, I want one of each.

If the polished had come in something other than black or gold, I might have been tempted to look at it.  Something like a deep/royal blue with matching blue frame, or.......RED !  Polished metal with red paint....wow....

The lace application is fine-I can take it or leave it....it's the color that got my attention to buy the bike.

But I think they all pale in comparison to the paint job the MoCo put on my wife's V-Rod....it's outstanding.  She has #15 of 50.  It's a multi-layered paint that changes hue and saturation as you move your eyes across it.

Thats quite some paint-job on your wife's V-Rod! We dont see that level of paintwork over here .. not unless its customised privately. awesome!

Thanks Speedy, it's not a CVO V-Rod(although they did may a V-Rod CVO that year).  It is a 2005 VRSCA.
