Well I got the bike back last night.
1,500 for the 15K Service.

Warranty picked up 700.00 and I had to pick up the rest.

They didn't find anything wrong with the clutch.
BUT I did not have ANY issue shifting or finding neutral last night.

So how did I get to 1,500 you ask?

15k service p&l = 334.00
adj neck bearings (nut on top of triple tree was loose) = 127.00
ck clutch plates bleed clutch = 0.00
hard to start when cold, no problem found = 0.00
new front tire p&l = 229.80
inner primary leak, resealed shift shaft seal p&l= 294.50
burning oil, rear cylinder exxhaust valve started to leak, rpl both on both heads, clnd heads & cylinders p&l = 458.50
shop supplies = 25.00
sales tax = 20.81

Total 1514.61
warranty 710.21
me 804.40

Hmmm, see the 15K service and tire not being covered by the extended service agreement.   Over that are things I'd have expected to be in the program though.  Not a huge difference in between.  Still interesting though.

Well I was told the "adjustments" were not covered and I agreed for them to do the work before they did it.
I did ask if it would be covered and I was told no.  I needed it fixed.  It needs to be safe.  I didn't know what the problem with the front end was, so what else could I do?

They did also find missing screws from the radio!?!?!?!   My CD player is working again (forgot to tell them that it stopped playing) so bonus I guess.  But you can bet I was charged for the damn screws.....

Sounds like finding the other issues and getting them taken care of was worth getting done. Less worries for more miles.
