I've decided I am going to go with the Rokker Stg 5 kit for my bike.  I'll let ya know how it sounds.

I added the amp and 2 front speakers to my '19 RG Special. I am very happy with the sound. Not the best phonics, but at 80 MPH I can still hear my music clearly and I installed myself and think I am in for a total of less than $400

I had a rokker in my 2014 Ultra Limited CVO and loved it. I just upgraded to a 2020 Ultra Limited CVO and am planning on putting the Rokker Stage 5 in it. But at 3k for the amp, speakers and flash, I need to wait a few months. Getting Khrom Works header, stage 2 upgrade and Harley tuner done in September. I put Neighbor Haters on 2 weeks ago they help it sound a little better. Will need the Rokker once I get the new headers and stage2 done. Are you installing the Rokker yourself?

Who's doing the flash? Your dealer or a good stereo shop in your area should be able to do it for a decent price.

I spoke to Rokker and they assured me it is something I can do. Just need a Windows laptop (which I have). I will let you know how it goes.

I spoke to Rokker as well.  They said I could do the flash but it requires a module they sell for an extra $299 if memory serves or you can ship the head unit to them to flash for $75.  I need to ask if the flash affects future software upgrades from HD and if the head unit has to be reflashed after every HD software upgrade.  That would determine whether or not I bought the module or sent them the head unit.

You are correct the flash is an extra $299. I'm assuming if you buy the flash and a Harley download/upgrade screws it up, that Rokker would send you an upgraded flash at no cost. But I think it's best to call them and check. Even if you send the module to Rokker and let them bench flash it, you will have the same problem if a Harley upgrade steps on their flash.

Updates should not effect the way the radio is flashed. It just screws up the Navigation worse than it already is.

I am considering biting the bullet and doing the bag lid speakers at the same time.
