Crazy! The only Harley ride where engine heat was not uncomfortable!
-
That was a dumass commercial to do. Hope they got the gear for free for making the spot.

^^ says the guy who ice skied behind a 66 El Camino after an ice storm on a mostly empty interstate :huepfenlol2:

8 above zero is the coldest I've ridden coming into work a few years ago, no electric gear either. I would give -8 a try but would probably invest, like they did, in my first electric clothing... ;D
Just watched the Netflix series "the ride, London to Beijing"...now that sounds like an adventure including extreme cold and heat.

Cold road - cold tires - no way
Even in the teens the loss of traction is bad enough.
And in minus temps, things break.
-
I have heated gear and like riding in when it's cold. Buy not interested in that ride at all. If I ever try that, please have me committed.

I haven't watched London to Beijing, but I have been watching this guy on YouTube ride from India to Mt Everest, he also rode a Road King to the tip of Australia, this guy has some balls.
