Man that is one funny, although dangerous squirrel experience.  Too funny though and well written to put you right in the saddle.

It is very easy, as most of us know from experience, to get behind the power curve as the writer says.

Yesterday, I went and picked up the SEUC from the shop and on the way home travelling with a safe distance behind to gals in a S 10 pickup they indicated a left turn just prior to a left turn lane and corner.  SNAFU, they were turning NOW, not at the corner.

Yikes, all hands on deck, near panic stop with the bike.  Fortunately I had room to make a controlled stop (although quick).  You just never know when or what is in your future.
