Kowboy:
A quick question here:
Is the stock CVO 110 considered stage one (50m throttle body, SE exhaust) or not??

HD Street Performance:
It is a large bore 103 with different, larger, heads and a fast lift rate short cam.

Welcome from PA!

Well, they are supposed to be and then some ...

'Technically', using the simplest formula below. The 110 SE is a 'Stage 3' version of the 103 motor from the factory.

They are about a good as you can get 'stock' from the dealer (without going to a 'crate engine').

The CVO air cleaner is better than the stock one. (Wild claims are made for many aftermarket ones too!)

Add a complete exhaust system, not just slip-ons and a tuner and you will have gone about as far as you can for a Stage 1 (or factory Stage 3 with-out splitting the cases).
