Title: What Do You Think About This Deal?

2011 CVO SG OTD $35,104.00, no tax.  Dealer throws in a $1000.00 gift card.  Jump on this or negotiate for a better deal?  I thought a percentage on parts, clothing etc would be in line.  Appreciate your thoughts.
