JC  you were the one who welcomed me to this site.....I wish you all the best!!!!
  Yep, ditto here.

Sorry to hear about you and Terry, but sometimes it's better to move on and keep it civil. Been there and done that. I've lived in Denver and it's beautiful outside the city limits, as you probably already know. Yes, it's colder but the politics are a bit more sane there. San Diego area is also awesome, and of course there is the beach and beach bunnies to deal with.  ;D

Wish you the very best, keep in touch with your extended family.

Just returned from Coronado.  For those that have never heard of Coronado or never been, it's a resort town just across the bay from San Diego.  Here's a couple of links to photo slide shows that I took today.... that'll show just a bit of why I'm just a tad bit excited about roping this transfer....

JC - though we've never met, we have PMed on several occasions, and you mentored me on a few things when I was new on the CVOHarley site.

Going through a divorce is emotionally trying... I've been through it twice and I understand that it's never easy, even if it's amicable. One of mine was and the other one definitely was not.

I am very happy to read of your new job opportunity! In these times, especially in Cali, finding a new job is difficult indeed... and finding one in a dream location like Coronado is well nigh impossible.

Best of luck to you, JC. Hopefully you'll be back on a CVO some day!

We were there last weekend boating around and have to agree that SD/Mission Bay is a jewel and one of the most friendly ports in CA. Make sure you go to Balboa Park and check out the Air Museum and the Midway sitting in the bay is an amazing, and Old Town and ...  Congrats on your SoCal adventure.  Lou and Terry

Absolutely beautiful JC  :2vrolijk_21:  Are you taking the job?

If they close escrow without any glitches....I'm there!  However, I've been doing this for a lot of years and a lot of aquistions and dispositions over the years.  I've seen the deals fall through as late as the night before they were supposed to close escrow.  And I've saw mult-million dollar deals fall through over just one word in the contract and the attorneys on both sides are not willing to compramise.  So....the job offer that's been extended to me is dependent on the close of escrow.  :nixweiss:

I don't think that's going to be too hard Terry.

With no one to go camping with, and Andy's bike sitting in his garage, JC will be riding again. And if distance is too daunting, he can always trailer the bike to the rallying point and do day rides with us.

We don't have to convince,...we just have to wait and let nature take it's course.
