Wickenburg or Prescott?

HI to everyone and wish you all a safe riding season. I have been thinking about leaving CA. and moving to Arizona. I only have a couple of places in mind. Wickenburg or Prescott. Any comments on the pros and cons of either location would help me make a decision if I move. This is a big decision since I have been in my same house since 1978. I think prices are a little higher in Prescott, but the temperature is a little more to my liking in the summer. My basic needs in a community are a good grocery store, a True Value hardware store, and of course not too far to a HD dealer. Thanks in advance. CAHDBIKER

Prescott!  Much nicer weather and scenery.  Great places to ride.

My mom moved to Prescott and love that place. People are very nice. Some of the best riding areas also.

Ditto to the above.  Wickenburg is hot, WINDY  and dusty.  I have never lived in either town but have passed through both several times.  Prescott wins imho.   :2vrolijk_21:

We visited some friends that moved to Prescott from south florida last year.  The area is beautiful,, weather  is great.  They couldn't be happier.  Stuart.

Prescott. A no brainer. Cooler in the summer winter too. Harley store next town over in Dewey

Have a friend that lived all over the US while working for the US Forestry Service, retired two years ago and said Prescott was the only place to retire. Believe me when I say, him and his wife just love it there!
