Thanks HB, I remember when you got here though and you blew out of the Newbie status in less than a week.  You just have better riding opportunity than many and we're glad you're able to be out there ridin' where we'd all like to be :2vrolijk_21:

yea, I blew out the gate and was making enemies fast. I've slowed down my posts for a couple of reasons. 1) Some of these technical issues aren't my cup of tea. I just wanna ride it! 2) I've gotten really busy at work 3) I've opened my mouth (or fingers) a few times when I should have kept silent.

I've been reading more than posting lately. One of the main reasons fore joining this site is to have new friends to ride with. That is happening. GREAT people on this site.

Yep, we've seen that a few times with the new guys.  Since they (whoever that is) started handing out DSP like water, I have noticed the more seasoned posters have not been scorching the newbies as much.

It's easy when you first get here and are so excited to have found the place to get carried away, I always enjoy your posts so don't let a little work get in the way of them. :2vrolijk_21:

H/B
Sometimes opening your mouth when you should keep quiet can have great final results.
I know of one case where that happened and the end result was new friends for Nancy and I.
I think the end result was worth the rocky journey.
Are you and JD going to M/Beach?

Thanks S/B

I doubt we go to MB. HEY, I'd love to go to every rally there is. The only problem is I have this bad habit of eating. I've got to work sometime! Right now, I'm planning a couple of Days around Hoist's ride, a week or so for Hot Springs, and I'd still like to plan one ride to the Smokies, and that area.

Are you going to H/S?

Thanks Red, appreciate it.

HB, DSP is the old Double Secret Probation, usually given out to more senior members for hazing Newbies.

Possibly 2Ln, d00d or certainly Spiderman could jump in here with a complete explanation.

Thank you Candy, looking forward to meeting you two as well and watching as you enjoy being back home again in the mountains of BC.  Kerry has picked out a great location to get the flavor of western Canada and some great riding as well.

As you know the vistas there are truly grand, the air and water are as clean as they get and the people possibly the friendliest you can find.  Doesn't get much better than that, other than the fact we'll be there with a great group of people as well. :2vrolijk_21:

Man O Man Roger  :o You're really haulin' the mail aren't you  :vrolijk27:

It's great to see the checkered flag waving for you as you surpass your 5,000th lap!! That's pretty amazing! It seems just like last month when you hit 2.5k!

It's been an absolute privilege shooting the bull and getting to know you. Your input, humor and openness is one of the reasons this site feels so much like home :)

It was great meeting you in Colorado and looking forward to riding with you once again in Canada... :beerchug:

Be safe & Keep on posting' Bro :2vrolijk_21:

Thanks Mark, just got back from the first little ride of the season.  Went out and made a 60 mile loop this afternoon with a friend from town.  At least we blew some cobwebs out of it.

Looking forward to seeing you guys in Nelson as well.  It will be like old times. :2vrolijk_21:

Missed this when it came up.

Well done Rog and thanks for your input to some of the questions I have raised. I see you have bumped on nearly another 300 posts since hitting your 5k.

Cheers,

Nige
