I'm guessing the guy who owns that bike owns a boat cover shop.  Needs some side curtains though, to keep the rain out.

That sickle is a mid 70s FLH equipped with a Craig Vetter Liberator fairing. Kind of a unique bike, precursor to the FLT line that today is known as the Road Glide
