Are the 04 SEEG Gas Tank Decals a "Controlled Part" from HD? The reason I ask, I am going to be repainting my Road Glide and I like the look of that particular Decal, specifically the Decal for the Cobalt Blue/Black combo. If anyone has the part number I would also aprreciate it?

Don't think it would be a restricted part because it is silk screened on to the tank note a decal.  Or so I was told when I was working on the tour pak.
