I am surprised that nobody realized that the most visible SEEG on earth is the Screamin Chicken.  I think the valves on the 05 are a little different (not going to vote on better) too.  Not being a "real" Harley guy I personally am not a fan of the Pumpkin color but to each his own.  They all need serious work to get close to the hype that HD promises for a top of the line 30k+ bike and the search for improvements never ends.  Good luck with whatever you get and enjoy sharing your thoughts and ideas on the site.  JP [smiley=banana.gif] [smiley=banana.gif] [smiley=banana.gif]

Both bikes should have the Low Profile suspension, with similar ride heights.  Perhaps the springs in the '04 have sagged a little?

It might just be an optical illusion. If you look at the left part of each fairing, they are level to the lines in the garage.  [smiley=nixweiss.gif] I guess the only way to truly tell would be to have 2 people of the same weight sit on them while not on the kickstand and then snap a pic.

For one,the taller windshield gives that apperance and lean off kickstand may be off a degree or two. Plus take in the factor of one being further north than the other and picture is taken in Indiana, all this together gives you the optical illusion of the yeller being taller and much more intiminating than the orange or any other color! ;D
