I found a K&N intake for 2017+ Harleys. It did not list the CVO' as a fit, but I took the 150 dollar gamble and it paid off. It came in today and took about 30 mins or less to install. I liked it because it looked like the factory cover would fit and it did. I only had to find a lower profile bolt to hold the cover because the supplied one would not allow the trim piece to fit properly. Luckily I had a front brake disc bolt from when I changed to chrome and it was a perfect fit.

Buck an a half for an air filter ???

Buck and a half for the kit. I only re used my trim piece. Backing plate, velocity stack, filter. Filter is 51 bucks if you bought separate. It looks like the Tman no loss. May not be as big, but neither is the price. Thought I would give it a shot.

Just looked up the Tman again. Filter is 2.375". Tman $635
K&N intake included filter is 2.406 and $149
I gambled 150 bucks. Will see how it does.

I just got the High-Flo replacement filter from Harley for mine.

Thats what I had as well, some of the builders on here have said it is still too restrictive.

Wow, I got with K&N customer service about 9 or 10 months ago to see if I could get them to build that same filter for my Ventilator and after about 3 weeks they shut me down, this must be why! Wish I had seen this mod earlier before I pulled the trigger on my new one.
Thanks for posting.

So If a person just bought the replacement filter for this setup from K&N, would it fit into my original 17 CVO 114 air cleaner?

I have this from FuelMoto. Can’t remember what I paid for it but was more than that. I put my stock cover on as well. The filter is about and inch or so thicker than stock.
