Wags pet trailers - Replica car trailers
« on: February 11, 2008, 07:49:32 PM »

Was wondering if any of you have used a Wags pet trailer?

Also, found these replica car motorcycle trailers, pretty cool but not for me:

Cool idea but I'd be afraid of making my dog either go deaf or crazy listening to the RHTD's

Right now i am running a RH 2 into 1. I was thinking of going to the true duels and having a set of SE slip ons and a PC3 map for those for a quick change over when taking the ole dog along on wekend trips. You'r right though, the noise is my main concern too. Maybe I just need a deaf dog? And a mute woman? or is that asking for too much. (I am going to be in the dog house when she reads this!)

These are some wild trailers for the pooches.  One might think a little over the top for dogs.

But then.......have you ever seen (which would probably translate to "you've had your pooch in one) the Wag Hotel chain?    http://www.waghotels.com/about.cfm

We've used the one in Sacramento and the one in San Francisco, for Molly.  These places are very nice and not any more than other boarding places if you don't get all the frills.

I like that! There is even one in Sunnyvale (we are in los altos) Even at $50 night that equates to about 100 nights compared to the cost of the trailer. We still may get a trailer though. We have a house in Sonora and a houseboat in New Melonies so we like to go up for the weekends and it would be nice to be able to ride both bikes and take the dog. Sometimes one of us rides and the other trailers one bike and takes the dog but thats alot of work and besides it's more fun to ride. We will definately be using the wags hotel though, Thanks!
