Where to stay in Moab?

I'm heading to Utah in September and one of our plan stops after a night in Bryce Canyon will be in Moab prior to heading south to Monument Valley and over to Cortez and Durango.

Does anyone have suggestions on a favorite spot to stay in Moab?

Last time we went through we stopped at the KOA as we had our tent trailer with us. Kind of funny as they had little fenced in areas of dirt and as we pulled in the people next to us jumped in their car and locked the doors. Later found out the whole place was filled with europeans on holiday and we were the only english speaking people in the camp. I know you are looking for a hotel but I had to share this. ;D

We stayed a couple of nights at the La Quinta in 2008...near the Moab Brewery  :drink: :drink: :drink:

i spent the whole time i was in moab at the brewery-great place! :bananarock:

Red Cliffs Lodge. Stayed there on our trips several times and would go back in a heart beat. Just the short ride to it was unforgettable. Check it out on the net. You won't be disappointed.
