SAFETY: "FATIGUE ISSUES"
« on: January 02, 2011, 08:40:06 AM »

Some of you may know DON ARTHUR, especially if you are an IBA rider.  Don is not only a good friend but is a doctor, lawyer - and - was the US Navy Surgeon General as a 3 Star Admiral.  But if you met him you would never know -- just a down to earth gent and quite the AVID rider.  Among his many IBA achievements he also did the FOUR CORNERS RIDE. Here is the link:  http://www.usa4corners.org/don-arthur.html
So when Don writes about fatigue in riding, my vote is that we listen to his words and learn how to ride longer and safer.  Best regards to all, DOOFUS
