1966 Shovel Head Rebuild

A friend of mine just inherited his grandfathers 1966 Harley.  It has a Shovel head engine and he's looking to have the engine rebuilt.  Looking for any recommendations in and around the Chicagoland, NW Indiana area.

Hoping the experts on this site might have a recommendation.
