« on: December 07, 2011, 10:28:56 PM »

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the OCC Bike Build off against Jesse James.
I thought it was a big f%#@#@ Joke

It seemed like the crowd was with him when he was smack-talkin'.  I was surprised when he didn't pull out the win.

Yeah.  Clearly.  I don't think either one of 'em wanted any of Jesee. The "fix" was probably in by the Bankruptcy Court so they could recover some of the money those 2 idiots screwed everybody out of.  'Em steriods are tellin' on Paul Sr., ain't they?  :huepfenlol2::huepfenlol2::huepfenlol2:  Later--HUBBARD

Jesse's was the only real bike in the build off. A lot of craftsmanship on Jr's but too freaky for me & I love P51's, they just need to remain airplanes.

I've liked some of Jesse's other bikes better but red is fastest! He just needs to lose some of the attitude.

Jesse did build a Very Nice Bike that was hard to see over the handlebars, other than that he looked like a Dick with the attitude & remarks he was making. No one mentioned he walked off the stage when he came in second place at least Paul Senior shook his son's hand.

All three are dicks. There are far too many good guys in the industry to be wasting an ounce of energy in following or supporting these clowns with our eyeballs. You can add Lane and a few others as well.

Perhaps if we stopped watching anything related to these idiots, someone might actually consider refocusing on the Ness's, Perewitz, Johnson, Hotch, Mitchell, Smith, Yaffe, Fitch, Trotta, Young, Suter, Chica, etc, of the world, who are actually supportive of the industry and are decent down to earth people as well.

Imho, it really sucks that the only programming they care to focus on developing is on the industry retards, just for the shock value.

Trash TV if you ask me.

Let's not forget this build off did take place as part of the OCC show  :'(  And it would look real bad if JJ did win  :confused5:  In reality Sr. did not build a bike and the build off was between Jr. and JJ .......

don`t know how rideable jr`s bike is, but it seemed to have the most craftmanship of the 3. jj built the same bike he has been building for 10 years.

It's a shame to see what a little notoriety and money does to some people and families.  There are no winners with any of these guys, hopefully someday they will mend all the crumbled relationships they have destroyed.

Jesse James is still alive :nixweiss: ?

After they supposedly "killed" JJ he was rumored to still be alive & some guy in Texas claimed to be him & he then died in the 1950's but I think he was full of schitt.

Anyway, one of my grandsons is named Jesse James.

A show about the REAL Jesse James would be better than this crap, probably.  Have seen a few of them.

Obvious why PJD bike won.  No way is it rideable but it was typical of what he builds, ramped up a few notches.  Like the Mustang concept idea.  OCC thought the 3-way deal was a joke & did not care so built a snow machine that looked like a Transformer out of a kid's video game.  Jason Poole has issues, and so does Sr.  James built the same type stuff he has been building for years, & he has some high handlebar fetish that would make the bike very hard to ride for most people. Obviously he likes it.

TV is entertainment.  Discovery is in it for ratings to sell advertising to sponsors.  I found the show ok as to entertainment, but would have been a lot better with bikini bike wash girls as an integral part of the plot. Maybe Discovery will read this & do a show about bikini bike wash girls.  Full Throttle Saloon is pretty close at times.
