Excuse the newb ?... is there an adjustment on the foot brake?

Not like the older models.

The E-Z-Brake (one of the vendors offering a CVO discount on this forum) brake pedal sits a lot lower and a bit more forward than stock.  I have one on my 13 CVO Ultra Classic.  :2vrolijk_21:

Ok  is this right? I wondering if the dealership installed the pegs wrong! Id assume the lower ones would be for the passenger pegs?

Front drop 3/4" or so.

Rears are straight!

Im thinking this is my brake pedal  location problem.

What do your pegs look like?

The attached drawing shows the passenger footpeg parts and the rider footpeg parts.  See if they match what you see on your bike.  I don't think they could be swapped, but I've seen stranger things on Harley's before.  If no one with a 2013 CVO Breakout chimes in, perhaps you should go to a dealership and look at the brake pedal setup on other Softails to see how they compare to yours.

I think what you'll find is the pegs are in the right locations, and you're just up against one of the many odd things Harley does.  But, the best way is to check out other similar bikes to make sure yours is set up normally.

Awesome! Thx you are right mine are in right location. Im pretty sure i can put the passenger pegs on the front but the rider pegs wont go on the rear as the "drop down " will hit the pipe.

Ill try swapping the backs to the front and see. If not ill cut the factory brake lever and re fab it to a better position for me.  I cant believe I'm the inly one with this problem??
Or maybe i just need more seat time!!

The front pegs touch down WAY too early on the 2013 CVO Brreakouts !

All down to the rake AND the 240 rear tyre.

Looks good , but it's a compromise Re "handling"

Before now on the forums , folks have switched the rider and passenger pegs.

I was 'gunna' but never got round to it , now 10,000 Kilometres plus I'm used to the bike I suppose !

Now my 200 rear 2008 CVO Springer is way more "flickable" for a 300Kg+ lump I suppose....

You're not it alone my rear brake postiition bothers me as well it's right where I want my foot to be when riding.  It should be forward and down about and inch or so then it would be out of the way and allow me to rest my for comfortably and brake easily.
Does any one have some suggestions onit?

Ive spent hours trying to find a solution. And my only find is a custom shop building or altering mine

Depending on the type of exhaust system you have , the front to rear pegs can be swapped.

OR you could just buy different front pegs if the swap will have the original fronts hitting your exhaust.

Should be easy enough either way. Just a "normal" set of Softail front pegs should bolt right up ,. stock Softail Custom/Standard front pegs should bolt right up.

eBay is chock full of them , and I have multiple sets in my shed ( In Australia !)

They just don't look "fancy" unless you score some Chrome ones

Stock : the straight ones for the passenger , the lower ones for the rider
